We have been conducting program evaluations for utilities and energy service providers for the past 12 years. We have strong experience in collecting data through the use of mail and telephone surveys, on-site inspections, and end-use monitoring to support our evaluations. Also, we have pioneered the use of building energy simulation modeling, and engineering analysis of energy systems used in residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural facilities.
